The college has a full fledged Physical Training Department for the students. Students are trained in various sports and games by well experienced and qualified Instructors of the department. The college playground (Oval) is always bubbling with outdoor activities like Cricket, Football, Hockey etc. There are courts for Volley-ball and Basket-ball. Besides the indoor game facilities available in the student's hostels, there stands a beautiful architectural Multi-Activity Centre, housed in which an Indoor Auditorium, a gymnasium with latest equipments, etc. The auditorium provides Table-tennis, Badminton facilities. Every year, inter-college cricket and football tournaments are conducted in the college. The students of the college also participate in various sports and games competitions elsewhere to represent the college.

The students run many hobby clubs like Photography club, Music club, Science club, Debate club and Fine Arts club. The competitions on debate, music etc. are organised departmentwise, hostelwise and college as a whole. The college organises its annual cultural festival ‘RECSTACY’ every year and various inter-college cultural competitions are also organised.
